This is going to be one of card kits for OWH Cardmaking Party on Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Susan's place.
I made this card by casing Selene's card. She sent me a packet of DSP with a sample card that I liked how she layerd. I stamped the sentiment image from best of birthdays stamp set in midnight muse ink. I punched it out by oval circle punch. I added a layer that is embossed and cut out by label framelit. Birthday banner is hand cut out and popped up with dimensionals. I sponged edges with the same colored ink.
